The provision of goods and services by BABA-kie is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, BABA-kie will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.
If you would like to return or exchange your order you are welcome to do so within 7 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unopened, unassembled unused and in a saleable condition.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the wrong item was delivered to you, damaged in delivery or defective.
