• Manufacturing Lead Time

  Manufacturing takes 4-6 weeks and delivery time is 2-3 working days.

• Sizes

  A custom measuring chart will be emailed after the order is placed to ensure correct size.

  Warranty

  The warranty on all our leather products is 12 months from the date of purchase.

  If within the 12 months, you should experience any issues (this includes manufacturing faults and NOT normal wear and tear), please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email notifying us of the issue. Please indicate the date of purchase with the order number and describe what the issue is, with a photo attached, so that we can investigate the problem.
  2. We will respond with further instructions.
  3. If the issue is a manufacturing fault, we will gladly repair it. If the product is not repairable, we will replace it as soon as possible.
  4. We will cover all extra courier costs.
