Warranty

The warranty on all our leather product is 12 months from the date of purchase.

If within the 12 months you experience any issues (this includes manufacturing faults and NOT normal wear and tear), please follow these steps:

1. Send an email notifying us of the issue. Please indicate the date of purchase with the order number; describe what the issue is; and add a photo so that we can investigate further.

2. We will respond with further instructions.

3. If the issue is a manufacturing fault, we will gladly repair it and if it is not repairable we will replace your product as soon as possible.

4. We will defray all extra courier costs.
